We love the outdoors and we love movies. The magic of an outdoor movie is contagious and brings together people from all walks of life for an evening under the stars. With the simple vision of "If you build it, they will come," founder Trent Edgerton, simultaneously launched both Duluth's Movies in the Park and Twin Ports Outdoor Movies in 2006. The popularity of the summer movie series lead to its adoption by Duluth's Greater Downtown Council with Twin Ports Outdoor Movies supplying the production support.
Servicing the upper Midwest, Twin Ports Outdoor Movies specializes in outdoor cinema experiences with an array of outdoor movie packages and services. Outdoor movies are a great way to connect your community, company, neighborhood or circle of friends. From parks to your backyard, there is a screen to fit your event. You can create an evening to remember; outdoor movies are perfect for community events, fundraisers, company picnics, family reunions or other special events.

Our Services
Full Service OutdOOR Movie Packages
Attract a crowd with our low-hassle, great value, and big impact entertainment. We provide the whole show, providing time for you to focus on event planning. Multiple screen sizes can accommodate groups of 25 to 3,000.
Do-It-YourSelf Backyard Parties
Whether it is a birthday bash or stag-night gaming party, our easy to assemble backyard movie package offers a fresh fun activity for everyone to enjoy. Movie rights are not required for personal functions.

Twin Ports Outdoor Movies specializes in a spectrum of screens styles, from outdoor inflatables to projection mapping onto buildings.

The Events Package - Audience: 1,000-3,500
The full service package includes outdoor movie equipment, wireless microphone, placement for sponsor banners below screen, and pre-movie media projected on screen. Rate is for a single movie showing.
Package: $2,850 *Tax is included
50% deposit to secure date; weather cancellation charge (If less than 4 hrs): $750
Movie rights, travel and overnight lodging are not included in package prices.
Additional travel charge: $1.00 a mile round-trip The Hub for Event Logistics at 500 S. 59th Ave. W Duluth, MN.

The Festival Package -Audience: 100-750

Drive-In Upgrade
Get back to the good ole days with an outdoor movie drive in. Just dial in to the posted available frequency and lean back in the comfort of your own car. Upgrade includes a AM/FM transmitter and screen risers.
Package: $275 *Tax is included
Projection Mapping - 40’ X 25’ or 20’ X 12.5’
From art installations to memorial walls and branded projections to holiday graphics, light up an exterior space with a dynamic animated full color projections. Package includes AV equipment, set-up/strike, two hours of media content consultation, and programming.

The Backyard Package - DIY PICK UP
The Do-It-Yourself 3-Day rental package includes pick up and return at The Hub for Event Logistics at 500 s. 59th Ave w Duluth, MN. *Tax is not included.
Package includes: HD format 9' Wide Inflatable Screen, Projector, PA, BluRay Player. Available alternative inputs include HDMI, VGA, 1/8" Aux, or RCA

Friday nights, take a walk to the park for a one-of-a-kind experience that offers everyone the opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy the show under the stars on the shores of Lake Superior.

EVENT GUIDELINES
Event security & staff hold the right to deny admittance and remove patrons.
Leif Erikson Park is reserved exclusively for MITP use on designated Fridays.
MITP is open to the public & admittance is FREE.
ALL movies are OPEN CAPTIONED
Participants must be ages 16 or older or accompanied by an adult at all times.
Satellite bathrooms are on-site for convenience
Leashed dogs are welcome; you must clean up after your pet.
Parking is limited, please consider walking.
Bring blankets or folding chairs for comfort.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed, coolers/bags will be checked at the gate.
MITP is a smoke-free event, except in the designated smoking area.
High winds and lightning, not rain, are causes for cancellations.
Bring umbrellas and rain jackets for raining/misty nights.
Weather cancellations will be made at show time.
